Our Vision
At the Law Stroud Foundation, we envision a future where older adults thrive—supported by the resources, systems, and compassionate care they need to live independently in the homes and communities they love.
We believe healthcare should be built on empathy and meaningful relationships.
That’s why we support efforts that empower providers to truly know and care for their patients, leading to better health outcomes, reduced burnout, and deeper trust.
Our progress to date
Since our founding in 2022, the response to our mission has been both heartening and energizing. We've proudly supported initiatives by Persistent Productions, Tufts University School of Medicine, Solacia (formerly My DNR Wish), Together Gloucester, Ethos, and the BRANCH initiative. These collaborations have allowed us to make a local, regional, and global impact—but this is only the beginning. The needs are great, and the possibilities are greater still.
The road ahead
To keep pace with the growing demand for compassionate innovation in aging and medicine, we must expand our fundraising efforts. Recently recognized with gold-level status by Candid’s GuideStar, we’re poised to reach more mission-aligned partners. We anticipate compelling proposals that can further our impact. But realizing this future will require increased support. Expanding our fundraising efforts enables us to support more transformative work, empower more communities, and bring this vision to life.
